Re·Vive: Your Partner in Holistic Wellness Solutions in Gran Canaria - Maspalomas

Drained. Overstretched. Running a company or a demanding career here in Gran Canaria and quietly wondering where your energy went. I hear this every single week, and it is the reason Re·Vive exists.

I am Giuseppe Notarnicola, Health Performance Specialist and founder of Re·Vive Gran Canaria. For more than twenty years I have worked with entrepreneurs, managers and professionals who are excellent at what they do and exhausted while doing it. Here is how I approach that, and how we might work together.

Why I work on the whole system, not one piece

Holistic wellness is not a buzzword to me. It is the plain observation that your body, your mind and the way you spend your days are one system. When one part suffers, the whole thing feels it. Fix the diet but keep sleeping five hours and nothing changes. Train hard while living under constant pressure and sooner or later something gives.

That is why my work covers four areas at the same time:

  • Physical health: nutrition, movement, rest.

  • Mental clarity: handling pressure and protecting attention.

  • Emotional balance: the part almost everyone skips, and the one that decides whether the rest holds.

  • Lifestyle habits: changes that survive a difficult month, not just a good week.

Picture waking up genuinely rested, with energy that is still there at three in the afternoon. That is not a promise of magic. It is what happens when the whole system is finally looked after.

How I work with the people I follow

I built Re·Vive around the way busy people actually live, because most health advice is written for someone with unlimited free time and no responsibilities.

  • Personal coaching: I listen to your story first, then design the plan. Never the other way round.

  • A real team: nutrition, training, recovery and the practical side of stress, with trainers, therapists and collaborating doctors around me.

  • The long game: three impressive weeks followed by a collapse do not interest me. I want changes you still have next year.

  • Local knowledge: we live and work in Maspalomas. The climate, the food and the rhythm of this island become part of the plan instead of an obstacle.

You do not have to work this out alone. Most people who come to me have already tried, seriously, for years.

Plans built around one person

One size has never fitted anyone in particular. So I start with an honest assessment: where you are now, what you actually want, and what has stopped you until today.

From there the plan usually covers:

  • Nutrition: real food, built around your schedule and your travelling.

  • Training: sessions that fit the calendar you genuinely have, not an imaginary one.

  • Stress: breathing, boundaries and the decisions that protect your focus.

  • Sleep: the fastest lever there is, and the one most people ignore.

  • Follow-up: regular check-ins, and adjustments when life moves.

Five things you can start today

You do not need me to begin. Start here:

  • Protect your sleep: seven to eight hours, and the same wake-up time every day.

  • Move daily: even twenty minutes outdoors changes your mood and your energy.

  • Eat real food most of the time, and stop worrying about the rest.

  • Breathe slowly for five minutes when the pressure rises. It works, and it is free.

  • Learn to say no: your time is the one asset you cannot refinance.

Small things, repeated, build the momentum that makes the deeper work possible.

Where to start with me

Taking your health seriously is not self-indulgence. It is what keeps everything else standing: the company, the family, the years ahead of you.

If you would like to work together, or you represent a hotel, a company or a professional partner who wants to bring this to your people, I would genuinely like to hear from you. Tell me your situation and what you are trying to solve, and I will tell you honestly whether I can help.
