What we collect

Your contact and booking details, including the address for mobile sessions; health information you share on our intake form; payment records; messages; and website data through cookies.

 

Why

To book and deliver your sessions safely (contract), to keep accounts and invoices (legal obligation), and to send news or share testimonials only if you agree (consent). Health information is used only for your care, with your explicit written consent, and never for marketing.

 

Who sees it

Only your practitioner and the providers that help us operate: Wix, WhatsApp, Google and Taxfix. We share details with Central Las Palmas clinic only at your request, and referral partners never see your health information. Some providers store data outside the EU under approved safeguards. We never sell your data.

How long

Client records for 5 years after your last session, invoices for 6 years, marketing data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or move your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing us. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos at www.aepd.es.
